By using the SmartFeed app and feeder, you agree to these terms.
The service
- SmartFeed provides an app and a connected feeder that dispense food on demand and on a schedule.
Your pet's safety
The feeder is a convenience, not a guaranteed feeding method. A power outage, a Wi-Fi problem, an empty hopper, or a hardware fault can prevent a feed from happening.
Make sure your pet always has reliable access to food and water, and check regularly that scheduled feeds are happening. Do not rely on this feeder as your pet's only source of food.
Acceptable use
- Use the app and feeder as intended, and in line with applicable law.
Warranty and liability
- The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
- We are not liable for missed feeds, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
- We may update the service and these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
